OUR RETURNS POLICY: We want you to be happy with the items you purchase from us, and so we are always willing to refund or replace any item which is proven not to be satisfactory.  Please retain packaging for returns. Please do not remove labels until you are certain you are keeping your purchase.

Unsuitable goods must be returned in new and fit for resale condition in original packaging with return postage within 7 days of despatch for an exchange or refund (minus the cost of Postage and Packaging).

Perishables can not be returned.

Returns and Exchange Policy

At Piensos Naturales customer satisfaction is our highest priority. Should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return or exchange it, please email us.  Returns can be made up to 7 days from the date you receive the product. To return a product it must be unused and unopened unless the product is faulty.  All returns must have complete original packaging. The return shipping is the responsibility of the client, Piensos Naturales are not responsible for loss or damage to goods whilst in transit. On receipt of the returned goods Piensos Naturales. will make an assessment on the condition of the goods and will make a partial or full refund accordingly.  Refunds are made by the same method as the original payment and will be made within 10 days of the date of return of goods. Piensos Naturales is not responsible for refunding transport cost unless the goods are found to be faulty.

Warranty

To make a claim email us at explaining the reason for the return.  The cost of the return shipping is the responsibility of the client. 

Refund exemptions

Any product repaired or modified.

Any product that shows signs of being dropped or hit or signs of having been in contact with contaminates, water or liquid.
